Now presenting: "My Dearest Brother"
My dearest brother
I see them brother
Out on the streets forcing them to be humble
It seems that to be brash
Is very rash
They all lose their pride
As they begin to cower out their fear.
They are all assailed by this barbarous act
Their saintly illusion
Casts out confusion
As birds are caught and caged
So does the meager and weak
Oh brother they come from the blue
Yet when they leave, they leave no clue
What am I to do brother?
They don’t seem to be bothered
As the children kick and scream
Please tell me this is just a dream.
Here they come oh brother
Don’t even bother
I shall be dead
And my dreams shall have fled.
I lie on their bed of broken dreams
And I am now one of them it seems.
Good bye my brother, good bye…
